Electrical Engineer II at Ultra Maritime

Join Ultra Maritime as an Electrical Engineer II, where you'll innovate and develop cutting-edge electronics solutions for naval applications. This role integrates electronics design, troubleshooting, and project collaboration. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute your electrical engineering expertise to develop specialized systems, including RF design and digital signal processing. Your experience with hardware and firmware systems will be crucial for creating documentation and ensuring quality control throughout projects. Work directly with fellow engineers, guiding junior team members as needed. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement maintainable hardware and firmware systems
• Prepare and review design documentation and specifications
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and PCBs with lab equipment
• Prepare engineering deliverables for design modifications
• Estimate costs and collaborate with project teams Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience
• Capability to handle Canadian Controlled Goods and US ITAR articles
• Eligibility for NATO Reliability and Secret security clearance
• Familiarity with electronic lab equipment
• Experience in project management and maritime domains Utilize your engineering skills in a supportive, diverse workplace focused on innovation and excellence.
