This hybrid role includes requirements gathering, backlog management, prioritization, and hands-on development.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Relevant ServiceNow Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer)
Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
Experience gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.
Experience with Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and platform automation capabilities.
Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience collaborating across geographically distributed teams.
Up to 5% travel, as required.Preferred QualificationsExperience with HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, or GRC.
Knowledge of NowCreate and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
Experience serving as a Product Owner, Solution Consultant.
Knowledge of Virtual Agent, Now Assist/Otto and Performance Analytics.
Experience with Generative AI, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI capabilities.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, and other enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.
Success in this RoleBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders.
Effectively prioritize and manage the ServiceNow backlog.
Deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that solve business challenges.
Improve business processes through automation and platform capabilities.

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 - $159,300 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
