RBR Tech Support Specialist Role

RBR

Join RBR as a Tech Support Specialist, assisting scientists with technical issues related to oceanographic instruments. Your curiosity for measurement science will drive customer success. As a Technical Support Representative, you will engage with researchers across the globe to resolve unique technical challenges. This role suits recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy collaboration and have a strong foundation in environmental science. You will improve internal resources while coordinating instrument servicing alongside R&D and Sales teams. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver responsive technical support through various channels
Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations for repairs
Create and enhance user manuals and procedures
Work with teams to resolve technical problems
Develop deep understanding of RBR instruments

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
Relevant technical or customer support experience
Excellent communication for explaining complex concepts
Strong analytical skills for documenting technical issues
Proactive in troubleshooting scientific instruments
