Keltic is seeking a hard-working detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Receiving & Inventory Control Specialist for our Kubota parts and outdoor power equipment. This role is responsible for managing incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of products, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate department, and ensuring shelves are stocked, priced, organized, and clean. This candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, possess strong organizational capabilities, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Scope:

• Accept the incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
• Inspect all product shipments as they arrive for quality, quantity and damages.
• Organize and store received materials in their proper location.
• Replenish shelf inventory to ensure they are always adequately stocked, priced, organized & clean.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
• Record all freight orders.
• Enter all products received in the system and ensure the bar code is current.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be extremely well organized.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
