SNDL is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer in Edmonton to modernize their data platform using Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI. Leverage your deep expertise in advanced DAX and semantic modeling to enhance reporting capabilities. This senior role emphasizes the design and optimization of enterprise PowerBI solutions. Working within a medallion architecture, you will closely collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and performance across the data layers. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain high-performance PowerBI semantic models
• Implement standardized DAX measures for KPIs
• Migrate legacy reports into a modern BI framework
• Support dimensional modeling and avoid metric duplication
• Adhere to governance controls and documentation standards

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in PowerBI development
• Expertise in advanced DAX and semantic model management
• Sound SQL skills and RLS experience
