Senior Analyst, Digital Transformation & Automation

Medtronic seeks a Senior Analyst to design and deploy digital transformation solutions, including Power BI dashboards, workflow automation, and AI applications. The role combines hands-on technical development with change management and team coaching, requiring onsite presence three days weekly in Brampton, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Develop workflow automation and Power BI dashboards using Power Automate, Power Apps, RPA, and SQL/Python
- Lead AI adoption initiatives through training, communications, demonstrations, and responsible-use coaching
- Identify and prototype generative AI and intelligent automation opportunities to improve productivity and decision-making
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and status reporting; coordinate cross-functional teams on digital transformation workstreams
- Teach colleagues how to use AI and digital tools safely and validate solutions for accuracy, bias, and data protection
Requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python, and DAX
- Experience with Snowflake, RPA platforms, and data modeling
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently in ambiguous environments
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without formal authority
Compensation: $84,320–$105,400 base
