Lead Systems Engineer For Space Systems

As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will be accountable for the integrity of satellite designs and successful integration across multiple subsystems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and verification of satellite systems - Develop technical direction for program execution - Facilitate collaboration between engineering and management teams - Implement and oversee major technical reviews - Direct mitigation strategies for technical risks and challenges
Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace or Systems Engineering - 10+ years in space systems or satellite engineering roles - Skilled in managing satellite program life cycles - Comprehensive understanding of engineering processes and governance - Strong ability to communicate complex technical matters
