Advise executives on talent risks, labor markets, and workforce challengesDevelop integrated workforce planning solutions with People Team functionsLead global recruiting programs, frameworks, technologies, and processesStrengthen pipelines through sourcing, talent mapping, and market engagementLead and develop global Integrated Talent Solutions professionalsRequirements:
20+ years in talent acquisition, human resources, or related disciplinesGlobal leadership experience within complex multinational environmentsEnterprise talent acquisition strategy experience at scaleExecutive partnership and C-suite influence experienceExpertise using data, analytics, and market intelligence strategicallyLead Equinix talent acquisition through workforce planning, executive partnership, analytics, and scalable global recruiting programs.
