QA Manager for AI-Native Solutions

Elevate quality assurance at Knotch as a hands-on QA Manager. Drive automation and build testing frameworks from the ground up in a fully remote role across Canada. Knotch is redefining digital experiences through AI and seeks an innovative QA Manager with expertise in automation. You will oversee a talented offshore QA team while building a domestic team in the US. With your leadership, you will create comprehensive test suites and implement automated testing processes across multiple product environments. Key Responsibilities:

Develop hands-on automation for AI native tools
Lead and expand the offshore QA team
Create automated API testing processes on cloud services
Build robust test suites for overall engineering use
Collaborate with product and engineering teams on testing best practices

Requirements:

8+ years in QA engineering with 2+ in team leadership
Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium and Cypress
Experience with manual and automated API testing
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git
Strong communication and mentorship capabilities
