Candidates must possess a proactive approach to financial management amid a fast-paced company growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements
- Lead year-end audits and liaise with external teams
- Optimize accounting processes using QuickBooks and Float
- Conduct inter-company accounts and payroll management
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting efforts
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Mandatory CPA designation from Canada
- 8-10 years in finance leadership or accounting roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- SaaS or high-growth experience preferred
