Propulsez votre carrière avec le poste de gestionnaire immobilier bilingue chez Restaurant Brands International. Ce rôle, basé à Toronto ou Montréal, requiert des compétences en gestion de biens et en finance. Challenger du secteur immobilier avec au moins cinq ans d'expérience, vous serez responsable de la gestion des données de baux, de la réconciliation des comptes, et de la communication avec les parties prenantes. Le candidat idéale fera preuve de compétences interpersonnelles solides et sera capable de gérer les escalades, tout en établissant des relations durables avec les propriétaires et les franchiseurs. Responsabilités clés :
- Maintenir la qualité des données de baux et effectuer des réconciliations
- Collaborer avec les différents départements sur divers enjeux immobiliers
- Gérer les paiements de loyer, CAM, et autres frais
- Préparer la documentation pour les ajustements de loyer
- Assurer la gestion quotidienne de biens non-restaurant
- Exigence bilingue en français et anglais
- 5+ années d'expérience en gestion immobilière ou en comptabilité
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication
- Capacité à travailler au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles
- Solides compétences en gestion de projets
