Senior Pipeline Project Engineer

Lead pipeline engineering through pre-FEED and FEED with Trans Mountain, supporting safe, compliant designs in a full-time, in-office contract role.As Senior Project Engineer, Pipeline, Pacific Link, you provide owner-side engineering leadership for major infrastructure development. You coordinate multidisciplinary reviews, direct technical deliverables, resolve requirements, and support regulatory milestones. The role interfaces with UPI design teams and Pacific Link stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Lead owner-side pipeline engineering through pre-FEED and FEEDDrive January 2027 pre-FEED design submission completionCoordinate drawings, reports, and permitting documentationDirect UPI design teams and Engineer of Record deliverablesTrack issues, interfaces, risks, and engineering dependenciesRequirements:
Engineering education in Mechanical, Civil, Pipeline, or related disciplineProfessional Engineer designation or Canadian registration eligibilityEight years of progressively responsible engineering experienceStrong pipeline design and regulatory requirements knowledgeOwner oversight or consultant management experienceApply pipeline design, technical review, and stakeholder coordination expertise to advance Pacific Link engineering milestones.
