• Support the review of Target Operating Model
• Contribute to governance and organizational effectiveness strategies
• Plan for future workforce recruitment and retention
• Strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization
Requirements:
• Experience at the Executive or Board level is essential
• History of crafting and implementing People strategies
• Expertise in workforce planning and organizational development
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Collaborative, values-oriented leadership style
