HOUSEMAN

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of public spaces and hotel corridors. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and takedown. Identify and report preventive maintenance issues or others in common areas or rooms. Display warning signs. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs. Deliver guest requests and set up furniture in rooms upon request.  Follow company and security policies and procedures; report all maintenance issues, security risks, accidents, or injuries; training and safety certifications; store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of confidential information. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine satisfaction. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Ensure compliance with expectations and quality standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 lbs or less without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and squatting. Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods. Perform other job-related tasks as requested by supervisors. 

Availability for weekend nights and some days/nights during the week and ability to work holidays.
