Nanny Wanted - Mature Nanny Wanted In Mississauga, On $25.00 Per Hour For Loving Family Care

We are a family in Mississauga, close to Port Credit. We have a 3 year old son and a cat. My husband works full-time and travels regularly and I am not currently working as I have struggled with my mental health since having a child. As a result we have are having a ton of behavior issues- huge long lasting, sometimes public tantrums, he often won’t play if no one is playing with him, he major whining constantly, refuses naps even though he needs them still, resists bedtime, gets overwhelmed very easily, etc. I’m at my wits end. So is my husband. I absolutely know there is nothing wrong with our child and it’s everything we are doing or not doing that is behind his behaviour. Anyway, all this to say we have a struggling child with a sensitive heart who is suffering I think from loneliness and parents who are not quite getting it. I’ve reached out to a parent-child interaction therapist and I’m in therapy myself trying to make changes to better our lives. I suppose im trying to find someone now who can babysit / act as a mothers helper. He is in daycare but I think it’s the wrong place for him, it’s a big center and with things the way they are, he wanders around looking lost most of the day. He hasn’t strongly attached to any of the caregivers. I am in the process of tracking, over the next few weeks, to see if there has been any improvement. I’ve chatted with daycare about it, and I’m still hoping it could improve, it’s been more than 3 months now.
