As Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring construction projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.Your Key Responsibilities:
Responsible formanagement ofdaily operations on aconstruction site.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers to ensure the project is progressing according to scheduleincluding with assisting toprice projects.Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and solve any issues that arise during construction including resolving deficiencies and mitigating risks.Conduct regular site inspections,maintainproject documentation, and report progress to senior management.You will mentor and guide field workers by modeling safe work practices and teaching the right way to complete tasks.What makes you a great fit:
You are an experienced Site Superintendent who manages both current and future projects, including extensive renovations atuniversities, municipal construction, and commercial facilities. Youwill bring5-10 years of construction experience,Demonstratedexpertisein specific trades such as carpentry, electrical, or plumbingAcertification from a recognized technical institutionYour Skills:
Leadership and Team Collaboration -Demonstratedability to lead, supervise, and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and construction workers. You are skilled in collaborating withall stakeholders to achieve project goals and milestonesConstruction Knowledge and Technical Proficiency -Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, processes, and specific trades. You are proficient in using construction management software and tools for project monitoring and documentation.Project Management and Organization -Expertiseinproject management principles and ability to organize and coordinate on-site activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient workflows to meet deadlinesand projectobjectives.You are adept at managing multiple priorities to keep projects on track and within scope.Safety and Risk Management -Thorough knowledge of safety regulations andprotocolstomaintaina safe working environment.You have the ability to assess,mitigateand proactively address risks associated with construction projects.You are committed to ensuring the well-being of your team while minimizing operational risks.Communication and Client Relations -Effective communicationskills for relaying information between senior management,subcontractorsand on-site teams.You are skilled in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing regularupdates to ensure client satisfaction.You are dedicated tomaintainingtransparent and positive relationships with all stakeholders.Why JoinHolaco?:
