I'm looking for a Paymaster for a recycling company in Laval. 

Your duties will include : 

Payroll preparation and follow-up with the payroll system (125 to 150 employees) ; 
Produce year-end documents (T4/T4A/R1 + Déclaration des salaires + Sommaire 1); 
-Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure accuracy of employee data; 
Follow-up of salary agreements and control of individual conditions; 
-Group insurance and group RRSP processing; 
-Administer complementary benefits plan; 
-Participate in the creation of accounting and archiving files for each fiscal year; 
-Participate in the department's various special projects; 
-Participate in monthly bank and VISA reconciliations; 
-Assist the Chief Accountant in the management of the Accounting Department; 
-Participate in the preparation of annual budgets for each company; 
Participate in the preparation of interim financial reports and monthly follow-ups; 
Participate in year-end payroll activities and ensure compliance with process and deadlines; 
-Participate in the integration, testing and implementation of payroll system enhancements, interfaces and tax updates; 
-All other related tasks. Your profile 
Your profile: 

-Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position; 
-Knowledge of the payroll accounting cycle; 
Knowledge and experience of month-end and annual files; 
-Comfortable collaborating on the accounting of several companies; 
-Knowledge of SAGE 50 software, an asset; 
-Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); 
-Ability to plan and organize work; 
-Organizational skills, analytical mind, thoroughness and attention to detail; 
-Ability to manage priorities and stress resistance.
