Experienced CNC Machinist - Aerospace Focus

Become a key player in our manufacturing team as an Experienced CNC Machinist specializing in aerospace components. You will leverage your Mastercam and programming skills on-site, ensuring top-notch quality control. We are on the lookout for a skilled CNC Machinist to manage Mastercam programming, machine setups, and operational excellence. Your technical expertise will play a critical role in producing high-quality parts, implementing Lean principles, and ensuring precision in manufacturing. Prior experience in the aerospace sector will be a significant advantage in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs for milling based on engineering specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including 4 & 5-axis setups
- Ensure accurate blueprint interpretation for machining
- Utilize CAD software for part design modifications
- Perform quality checks with calipers and measuring tools
- Proven CNC programming and operator experience
- Proficiency in Mastercam and CAD software
- Strong understanding of machining and aerospace processes
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
