Job Description

We are looking for an Online Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner and a strong communicator with in-depth knowledge of sales across various paid acquisition channels and marketplaces. Reporting directly to the Lead – Online Advertising Strategy, this role will allow you to put your creative and strategic skills to use on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management and Optimization

• Set up, create, proactively manage, and continuously optimize acquisition campaigns across all channels (Amazon PPC & DSP, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, DOOH, ChatGPT Ads, etc.) to achieve set sales targets: ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, creatives, etc.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance by comparing current execution strategies with new ideas and strategies to test and iterate for incremental improvements (testing, A/B testing, assets, etc.).
• Conduct keyword, competitive, and market research for each account, including the discovery of new keywords.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, including actionable recommendations and strategic insights.
• Present actionable business insights based on campaign results to senior management.
• Contribute to improving the team's operational processes.

Content and Brand Consistency

• Contribute to the creation of visual content (statics, UGC, videos) to improve campaign performance.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with the brand identity across all creative assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BAC)

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads)
• Additional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience on other acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, DSP, etc.)
• Languages: French and/or English (spoken and written; frequent contacts outside Quebec).
• Track Record: Previous experience with major or multiple brands, with a proven history of increasing sales.
• Technical Skills: Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and leverage data to guide advertising strategies.
