Field & Infusion Nurse (RN)

Cencora seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver medications and infusions in patient homes and specialty clinics across a designated region. The role involves clinical assessment, patient education, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer injectable and infusion medications in home, clinic, and partnership settings per protocol
- Monitor and assess patients before and after treatments; document findings per standards
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications and treatment protocols
- Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with organizational policies
- Collaborate with case managers, physicians, pharmacy, and scheduling teams to meet appointment timelines
Requirements
- Current RN registration with licensing body and valid CPR certificate
- One year of IV initiation experience in clinical settings
- Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care, or homecare environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic communication tools
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with current insurance coverage
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and travel within designated geographical areas
