Hours of Work: 30-60 hours per week
Wage: $19.23/hour
Job Duties:
· Operate farm machinery to load and unload mushroom compost into barns.
· Cleaning around the farm.
· Maintain and repair farm equipment
· Report to and follow the directions of a farm Supervisor
· Other general farm duties as assigned
Working Abilities and Physical Capabilities:
• Heavy lifting required
• Ability to work long hours, early mornings and weekends is required
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Language: No formal language requirement.
No Education or experience required; successful candidates will be trained on job duties.

An annual company review may be conducted, and depending on the employee’s work performance and the company’s standing, a bonus may be given and a raise ranging from 2% to 4% may be offered.
