Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg will provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting. This role involves assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
