Account Manager for Group Sales

Backcountry

Become an Account Manager for Group Sales with Backcountry, thriving in a remote work environment focused on lifestyle and adventure. This position, reporting to the Head of Group Sales, entails serving corporate, medical, and educational sectors to increase our presence in the market. As you generate revenue and foster strong client connections, you will contribute to Backcountry's commitment to employee growth and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue through outreach to potential group accounts
Grow accounts with tailored interactions and solutions
Facilitate every stage of the sales process
Establish systems to convert accounts into recurring revenue
Maintain detailed customer records for operational efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year in account management required
B2B sales experience is essential
Familiarity with CRM and ERP software
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Motivated and coachable with a goal-driven focus
