Senior Industry Manager, Ad Sales Canada

Lead the DoorDash Canada Ads Sales Team as a Senior Industry Manager. Drive marketing strategies and foster partnerships that enhance advertising effectiveness across the Canadian market. In this senior role, you will manage a dynamic team focused on partnerships in CPG, New Verticals, and Restaurants. Your leadership will shape the advertising strategy and enhance product adoption, while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments. Reporting directly to the VP of North America and ANZ Ads Sales, you will be vital in developing a robust ads and promotions portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Industry Managers and Account Executives
Establish trusted relationships with senior-level advertisers
Influence ads product roadmap and strategy for Canada
Create effective sales materials and processes
Drive annual sales planning and forecasting

Requirements:

8+ years leading sales teams with a total of 15+ years in industry
Experience in digital media or performance-driven sales
Strong analytical skills using data to inform strategies
Deep understanding of advertising measurement
Proven track record in CPG, New Verticals, or Restaurants
