You will serve as the senior strategic lead, managing high-growth client relationships predominantly in the B2B space. Your mission involves crafting comprehensive strategies that encompass various channels while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You'll track performance metrics, influencing Net Revenue Retention and delivering impactful client experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the day-to-day lead for high-profile clients
• Shape renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies
• Architect multi-channel strategies for client growth
• Oversee portfolio financial health and negotiations
• Lead data-driven executive storytelling and QBRs Requirements:
• 7–12 years in agency/client services
• Experience managing large portfolios over $2M
• Fluency in Paid Media and SEO strategies
• Familiar with C-suite engagement
