Human Resources Consultant at OLDF

Embark on a rewarding HR journey with the Ontario Learning Development Foundation (OLDF). This hybrid role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and support for educational services. OLDF is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to assist in their mission-driven work. Candidates should be currently enrolled or recent graduates in Human Resources. The responsibilities include supporting virtual recruitment, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee files, all aimed at empowering youth and new immigrants. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with virtual recruitment and resume assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding processes
- Archive and maintain HR data and employee files
- Support performance management and HR reporting
- Facilitate meetings and provide administrative tasks
- Enrolled or graduated in Human Resources program
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with minimal supervision needed
