Technology Infrastructure And Workplace Vice President

Modernize BCI’s infrastructure and workplace services in Victoria or Vancouver, combining strategic leadership with cloud, automation, and service management expertise.As Vice President, Technology Operations, you will lead approximately 32 people within one of Canada’s largest institutional investors. The mandate covers infrastructure, digital workplace systems, Service Desk, service management, and disaster recovery. You will assess operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and help advance BCI’s future-state technology platform.Key Responsibilities:
Shape the evolution of BCI’s technology operations platformAssess current performance and external operational trendsIdentify opportunities for continuous operational improvementOversee workplace technology and infrastructure servicesProvide senior technical advisory services to the CTORequirements:
Experience leading large teams in complex organizationsStrategic vision paired with technical depthAbility to challenge assumptions and established thinkingExperience leading transformation in stable environmentsFocus on speed, innovation, and end-user experienceBring infrastructure leadership, technical depth, and transformation expertise to BCI’s evolving technology operations and workplace environment.
