- Provide comprehensive wound care and consultation services
- Deliver compassionate nursing care tailored to client needs
- Act as a community wound care consultant and expert
- Collaborate with clinical managers for supportive care coordination
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Minimum 12 years of community nursing experience
- Certification in Wound Care or related fields (NSWOC, SWAN)
- Valid G2 or G driver's license with reliable vehicle
- Updated immunization records and CPR certification
