Fort St. John Association for Community Living

The Fort St. John Association for Community Living (FSJACL) is a non-profit agency committed to providing quality support to adults with developmental disabilities in the Fort St. John and District since 1960. As a CARF accredited agency, FSJACL boasts a professional staff team of over 80 employees dedicated to offering quality services and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will provide clinical support, assessment, and intervention for youth to help improve their mental and behavioral health outcomes while contributing to safer, stronger communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assessment, treatment, and support for youth referred through YFPS.
  • Monitor client progress, recommend additional assessments or treatment interventions when required, and support positive outcomes in the community.
  • Collaborate with justice partners, families, and community services in case planning and coordinated service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, confidentiality standards, and secure record management practices.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
