Lead Rf Engineer - Wireless & Microwave Systems

Novus Technical Services Ltd. is seeking a Lead RF Engineer/Specialist to join our Calgary team in Canada. The role involves planning, designing, and licensing RF radio systems, including trunked radio, microwave, and LTE/SCADA integrations, with strong emphasis on P25 systems and RF coverage modelling.Requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years in RF design;
hands-on experience with AutoCAD/MicroStation is a plus. Travel is limited;
relocation not included.
