Pfizer seeks a Health Science Representative for primary care in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, managing territory sales, coordinating continuing medical education events, and maintaining customer relationships across face-to-face and virtual channels.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives for assigned territory and implement business plan
• Build and maintain relationships with family physicians, general practitioners, pharmacists, and specialists
• Coordinate and execute continuing medical education symposia and events in live and virtual formats
• Identify and report adverse drug reactions and product complaints per company procedures
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners on strategy execution

Requirements

• 3–5 years pharmaceutical sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or science
• Superior product and therapeutic knowledge for specialty care and internal medicine
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (advanced English required)
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with digital tools including Microsoft Copilot

Compensation: $63,300–$135,625 CAD base annually
