Job Description
As an Accountant, you will contribute to the financial health of our organization by managing essential accounting tasks including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, you will utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial reports and assist with budgeting processes
- Manage tax preparation and related documentation
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Maintain the general ledger and support auditing activities
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations
- Conduct financial analysis to aid decision-making
- Manage invoice processing and tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Knowledge of tax preparation processes
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Quick Books
