Community Health Nurse - Remote Opportunities

This role involves providing primary and emergency care in clinics, working with a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to elders. You will utilize your nursing skills in assessment, health promotion, and care planning according to best practice guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary and emergency care in a clinic setting
Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans
Promote health education and patient counseling
Address clients' emotional and physical comfort needs
Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
Minimum 3,000 hours acute/critical care experience
Licensed Nurse in good standing
Willingness to obtain provincial licensing
Remote nursing experience preferred
