Our client is a leading institutional investment management organization undertaking initiatives to enhance its derivatives technology, operational processes, and SimCorp Dimensions capabilities.

Your New Role

As the SimCorp Dimensions Derivatives SME, you will serve as the primary subject-matter expert for derivative products and associated processing within SimCorp Dimensions, covering OTC and exchange-traded derivatives across the complete trade life cycle, including valuations, collateral management, settlements, reconciliations, cash-flow processing, and life cycle events.

What You Need to Do

• Act as the lead SME for derivatives processing and functionality within SimCorp Dimensions.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, and vendor teams to design, implement, and optimize derivatives workflows and system capabilities.
• Support requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide expertise across the full derivatives life cycle, including trade capture, valuation, collateral management, settlements, reconciliations, and life cycle event processing.
• Drive process improvements through automation, standardization, enhanced controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex derivatives-related data, valuation, processing, and integration issues.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, migrations, reporting requirements, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer to promote best practices within SimCorp Dimensions.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Hands-on experience implementing, supporting, configuring, or enhancing SimCorp Dimensions.
• Strong knowledge of SimCorp Dimensions derivatives functionality, including trade life cycle processing, valuations, settlements, reconciliations, and cash-flow management.
• Advanced understanding of OTC and exchange-traded derivatives, including interest-rate, equity, credit, foreign-exchange, and commodity products.
• Thorough knowledge of derivative trade economics, instrument structures, collateral processes, life cycle events, valuations, and operational controls.
• Experience translating business requirements into system and process solutions within SimCorp Dimensions.
• Experience developing and executing UAT, system testing, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
