People & Culture Business Partner Position

Elevate organizational culture with Axonify as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner for a hybrid 15-month contract in Waterloo, Ontario. This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement. - Design and implement effective employee engagement strategies
- Support training programs with a focus on microlearning
- Enhance organizational culture through strategic initiatives
- Work closely with management on talent development efforts
- Review employee feedback to guide improvements
- Background in People & Culture with senior experience
- Knowledge of hybrid workforce management practices
- Proficiency in engagement and retention strategies
