Infrastructure Business Analyst (Toronto)

Job Description

TekStaff's client has an opening for an Infrastructure Business Analyst.

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills:

1. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology programs (Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes)
2. Strong experience working across multiple business lines (LOB engagement) – ability to create and execute presentations to stakeholders
3. Deep understanding of Entra ID managed environments - Windows endpoint platforms and device provisioning (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM or similar)
4. 5+ years of experience in large-scale transformation or modernization programs
5. Strong proficiency with MS Suite products (Excel, SharePoint)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Microsoft Intune / Autopilot deployment
• Windows 10/11 migration programs
• Cloud‑managed (Entra ID / Azure AD) environments
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS, endpoint security controls)
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Previous CLIENT experience

Soft Skills Required:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and non‑technical audiences)
• Solid team collaboration skills
