—————— What You'll Actually Be Doing ——————

This isn't just “window washing.” You'll be:

• Tackling moss, gutters, siding, and pressure washing jobs with precision
• Learning the ropes with hands-on training from our senior team
• Leading by example on-site (and leveling up into a Crew Lead if you bring the heat)
• Driving a work truck like a pro (after we trust you enough to hand over the keys)
• Working outdoors in all kinds of West Coast weather — and loving it
• Taking pride in showing off the jaw-dropping before/after shots of your work

You'll also be part of a team that supports each other, pushes for excellence, and celebrates every win — big or small.

—————— Who You Are ——————

You don't need a fancy resume — but you do need to:

• Be reliable, upbeat, and not allergic to hard work
• Be comfortable on ladders, roofs, and at heights
• Be able to lift up to 65 lbs (we're not asking you to move fridges — but you will need strength)
• Have a valid Class 5 or “N” driver's license with a clean abstract
• Show up with a good attitude, every day

Bonus points if you've got experience in exterior cleaning — but we'll train the right person who's got the drive.

Hourly Rate: $30-$40/hr (base + daily commissions + bonuses + tips) Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly (with commissions included on every cheque) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm Benefits: Full health, dental, life, disability, and vacation pay Bonuses: Daily and weekly incentives, staff contests, client tips
