Virtual Assistant

$18 - $22 per hour

Job Responsibility:

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and a customer service mindset. Key responsibilities include utilizing Outlook Calendar, and performing clerical duties such as data entry. In this role, you will be instrumental in streamlining operations and boosting productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Schedule jobs and maintain the Outlook Calendar
  • Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, document management, and proofreading, sending quotes.
  • Organize files and keep an efficient digital filing system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative position.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Friendly and professional customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Outlook/Calendar, and other office software is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.

Job Types: Part-time Expected Hours: 25 hours per week Monday-Friday 5 Hours each day.
