Join ArcLight Consulting as a Service Delivery Manager focusing on Oracle Cloud client success. This remote role is ideal for a strategic thinker who fosters strong client relationships. This position engages with the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional service to Oracle Cloud clients. You'll facilitate onboarding, manage project scopes, and remain a trusted advisor to multiple stakeholders. Your ability to maintain open communication and execute strategic plans will be essential in promoting client growth and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service delivery across multi-client accounts
- Facilitate onboarding and establish effective support models
- Monitor ticket resolution and quality assurance
- Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in account management or service delivery
- Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies strongly preferred
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills for a multi-client environment
