Staff Product Designer Connected Operations

Design the future of physical operations with Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud as a remote Canada-based Staff Product Designer. Apply strong product judgment across complex platforms and customer workflows.

In this senior product design role, you will shape solutions for industries including transportation, manufacturing, construction, and field services. You will set a design vision, lead work across multiple product areas, and collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders. Direct customer relationships will inform decisions alongside product data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set vision for initiatives spanning multiple product areas
• Shape customer decisions through strategic customer engagement
• Demonstrate design judgment and define quality standards
• Monitor emerging design trends, tools, and technology
• Give back to the design community

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product design experience
• UX/UI experience across web and mobile applications
• Case studies demonstrating platform-wide or multi-area impact
• Skill defining patterns for other designers and teams
• Experience partnering with senior leadership
