This role comprises all semi-skilled warehouse tasks required to receive, store, and ship customer orders. The role is differentiated with General Labor by its requirement for additional material handling equipment, process, or technical skills. You will report to the Air Logistics Warehouse Manager.
This Role is for duration of June-September 2026 and shifts will be assigned accordingly.
How you create impact
- Follow standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy
- Documents and identifies all discrepancies to the Team Lead
- Accurately complete routine documentation, such as check-in sheets for export/import, manifests, MHE inspections and other documents pertaining to warehouse operations
- Perform a variety of physically demanding general labor duties according to standard work instructions, such as manually loading and unloading goods from a trailer, manually loading x-ray machine with unsecure cargo
- Demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in the execution of standard warehousing processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, checking and loading customer orders and products
- Comply with GMP requirements as applicable to ensure that all quality and regulatory requirements of Transport Canada and other applicable authorities and client requirements are met
- Demonstrates and maintains a skill set capable of operating a variety of equipment used in a traditional warehouse environment examples include but are not limited to: scanners, computers, scales, pallet jacks and a variety of motorized material handling
- Follows all company safety, security and housekeeping protocols. Respects customer and company property and equipment
- Proactive in accident & incident prevention and fills out these reports promptly and accurately when required
- Employee maintains an acceptable availability for work record. (Absenteeism and late)

What we would like you to bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse (Shipping/Receiving) and forklift experience
- Ability to perform heavy lifting with no accommodations (50lbs)
- Availability to work periodic overtime and a variety of shifts in order to meet the requirements of the operation
- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (-2°C to +12°C) for extended periods
