HS&E Advisor for Ledcor Construction Projects

Become an HS&E Advisor with Ledcor, enhancing safety and environmental performance in construction. This role combines program development and field support to achieve compliance goals. We are looking for a qualified HS&E Advisor with 5-6 years of relevant experience in ICI construction. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, guide compliance efforts, and promote a proactive safety culture across construction sites. This position focuses on maintaining HS&E documentation, conducting audits, and delivering training programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and audits to mitigate safety risks
- Offer HS&E support to ensure project compliance
- Update and maintain project-specific HS&E documentation
- Lead HS&E training initiatives for operational leaders
- Participate in investigations and implement corrective actions
- Minimum 5-6 years in health and safety compliance
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent safety credentials
- Familiarity with construction methods and regulatory frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
