CAE Finance Transformation Director Role

Join CAE as a Director to spearhead finance transformation, focusing on technology-driven initiatives to enhance global Finance operations. Your leadership will guide optimization and innovation efforts. In this role, reporting to the CFO, you will spearhead CAE's global Finance transformation agenda. Your actions will define key initiatives in process standardization, margin improvement, and stakeholder engagement. You will promote a culture of accountability and guide teams in implementing strategic technologies that drive performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Define the strategy for Finance transformation at CAE
- Drive the delivery of high-impact transformation initiatives
- Implement governance frameworks for cross-functional alignment
- Lead change management strategies within Finance
- Monitor KPIs to assess the impact of transformation
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- 15+ years of leadership in finance functions
- Demonstrated success in global finance transformation
- Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
