We are launching a new automotive paint protection business and are looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer who is excited by the opportunity to help build a company from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines expert installation with shop management, quality control, customer service, and team development.
The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while helping shape our processes and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Installation
- Perform high-quality installations of paint protection film (PPF) on a variety of vehicles, including full-body wraps, partial coverage, and custom applications.
- Install window tint and vinyl wraps (experience considered an asset).
- Ensure all installations meet the highest standards for fit, finish, and durability.
- Inspect completed work to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Safely use and maintain installation tools and equipment.
Requirements

- 3+ years of professional Paint Protection Film installation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex and full-vehicle PPF installations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
