Crew Member – Landscape Maintenance

Every day is different: landscape maintenance, planting, weeding, trimming, mowing and outdoor beautification projects. If you are looking for an active, hands-on, and rewarding outdoor job with a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you
What You’ll Do
Participate in the maintenance and beautification of commercial and municipal properties Perform line trimming and hand mowing as required Plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plants Weed, water, and maintain flower beds and green spaces Install mulch, soil, and complete aesthetic finishing work Cut grass and safely operate landscape maintenance equipment such as: String trimmers Hedge trimmers Leaf blowers Lawn mowers and other specialized tools ️ Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment Work closely with crew leaders and team members to deliver efficient, high-quality workThe Perfect Match
You are someone who:
Enjoys working outdoors and staying physically active 1 year of experience in grass and turf maintenance (preferred but not required) Perform line trimming and hand mowing as required Has good stamina and enjoys hands-on work Has a positive attitude and strong team spirit Is reliable, punctual, and motivated Is comfortable working in different summer weather conditions Can perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling Can follow instructions and work independently when needed Has experience in landscape maintenance (an asset, but not required) Speaks French and/or English Has a valid driver’s license (an asset)Benefits

Participer à l’entretien et à l’embellissement de propriétés commerciales et municipalesEffectuer la coupe-bordures et la tonte manuelle selon les besoins.Planter des fleurs saisonnières, arbustes et plantes ornementales Désherber, arroser et entretenir les plates-bandes et espaces vertsInstaller du paillis, de la terre et réaliser des travaux de finition esthétiqueTondre le gazon et utiliser de façon sécuritaire les équipements d’entretien paysager tels que :Coupe-borduresTaille-haiesSouffleursTondeuses et autres outils spécialisés ️ Maintenir des chantiers propres, sécuritaires et organisésAider au chargement et déchargement du matériel et de l’équipementTravailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs d’équipe et les collègues pour assurer un travail efficace et de qualitéLe candidat idéal
Vous êtes une personne qui :
Aime travailler à l’extérieur et rester physiquement actifPossède 1 an d’expérience en entretien de gazon et de terrains (préféré mais non obligatoire)Est capable d’effectuer la coupe-bordures et la tonte manuelle selon les besoinsA une bonne endurance et aime le travail manuel A une attitude positive et un bon esprit d’équipeEst fiable, ponctuelle et motivéeEst à l’aise de travailler dans différentes conditions météorologiques estivalesPeut effectuer des tâches physiques (marcher, soulever, plier, pousser, tirer)Peut suivre des instructions et travailler de façon autonome au besoinA de l’expérience en entretien paysager (atout, mais non obligatoire)Parle français et/ou anglaisPossède un permis de conduire valide (atout)Avantages
