Shape the future of Northlands College as Vice President for Finance, Administration, and Sustainability. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will steer the college’s financial and administrative operations while integrating sustainability initiatives. This executive role is crucial for budget planning and fostering community partnerships that align with the college's mission of supporting Métis, Dene, and Cree communities. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve on the executive team focusing on strategic planning
• Develop and implement financial policies and budgets
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and audits
• Oversee maintenance and sustainability initiatives
• Promote equity and diversity in the workplace

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related area
• Over ten years of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in strategic planning and financial management
• Experience working with Indigenous populations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
