Sales and Marketing Expert at Patten Homes

Patten Homes seeks a Sales and Marketing Manager in Ontario to lead revenue generation and brand execution strategies. Be part of a team focused on customer satisfaction and market growth. This pivotal role requires you to define and execute Patten Homes’ brand and market strategy while improving customer experience from first engagement through property ownership. You will manage the oversight of sales performance and marketing initiatives, partnering with multiple disciplines for cohesive execution. Leadership in the sales team will be crucial to building long-term organizational strengths. Key Responsibilities:

Own sales strategy to enhance market share and revenue
Create enterprise-level sales targets and reporting frameworks
Direct marketing initiatives for lead generation and brand visibility
Provide insights on market trends and competitive landscape
Foster a culture of high performance and accountability

Requirements:

Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of senior-level sales and marketing experience
Success in the construction or real estate space
Strong background in financial forecasting and budgeting
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder skills
