Nous recherchons un
Vendeur 3ème Clé (Thirdy Key) pour rejoindre notre équipe Retail Fossil. Si vous êtes passionné par le soutien à la direction pour la gestion quotidienne du magasin, offrir des expériences client exceptionnelles et que vous aimez inspirer l’équipe, ce poste est fait pour vous. Vous montrez l’exemple et vous accompagnez vos collègues au quotidien. Vous contribuez à créer un environnement de magasin positif et performant. Chez Fossil, c’est

Vos missions
- Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes et être en support des responsabilités du Store Manager en son absence
- Soutenir la formation et motiver l’équipe de vente
- Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs et à l’excellence du service client
- Démontrer une solide connaissance produit et une qualité de service irréprochable
- Veiller à la présentation des produits et au merchandising visuel
Votre profil
- Expérience dans le retail, idéalement avec premières responsabilités managériales
- Attitude confiante, positive et proactive
- Enthousiasme pour le leadership d’équipe et l’expérience client
- Disponible pour travailler certains dimanches et/ou jours fériés, avec une flexibilité occasionnelle selon les besoins du magasin.
- Intérêt pour la mode et le contact client
