MVR Digital is hiring a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own Meta and Google strategy and execution for a portfolio of premium and luxury DTC brands. You will be in Ads Manager and Google Ads daily, and you will own the cross-channel budget call. You will also set the strategy and defend it on client calls.

What Success Looks Like

Your mission is to run 3 to 4 client accounts, each at $100K+ a month in combined Meta and Google spend, so that performance moves toward target without leadership in the daily details. In your first year:

• By month 4, 80% or more of your accounts are green against their monthly goals
• Zero client-seen launch errors each quarter, across both platforms and Merchant Center
• Every test closes with a written verdict in the change log
• By month 3, fewer than 2 media questions a month reach leadership from your clients
• Budget moves between Meta and Google are backed by MER and incrementality evidence, not platform-reported ROAS

What You Will Do

• Own Meta and Google strategy and daily execution across your accounts: build, structure, budget pacing, testing, and scaling
• Manage $100K+ per month in combined spend against MER, ROAS, and CPA targets
• On Meta: run Advantage+ and CBO structures, protect signal quality, and configure and QA pixel, CAPI, and event quality yourself
• On Google: manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube, including asset groups, exclusions, signal inputs, and new customer acquisition settings
• Own Merchant Center and feed health end to end. Diagnose disapprovals, feed gaps, and Shopify sync issues yourself
• Hold a real position on branded spend and incrementality, and walk a client through it
• Decide where the next dollar goes across Meta and Google when both platforms claim the same conversions
• Run structured creative testing. Brief creative, critique what comes back, and connect creative performance to your in-platform decisions
• Support TikTok and other channels where they affect your accounts
• Lead the paid media portion of client calls. Explain performance clearly, bring a recommendation, and push back when a request will not serve the client

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media at an agency or high-growth brand
• Deep expertise on at least one of Meta or Google, and proven, hands-on ownership of the other. You have personally run both, not supervised them
• Personally owned $100K+ monthly budgets with documented efficiency gains, with meaningful spend on each platformStrong Meta fundamentals: Advantage+, CBO, signal quality, CAPI
• Strong Google fundamentals: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Merchant Center, and feed troubleshooting
• DTC or e-commerce ownership. Premium or luxury AOV experience is a strong differentiator
• GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, and attribution fluency
• Fluent, confident English and strong client communication. This role is client-facing
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-moving remote environment
