About The Receptionist PositionAs a Receptionist at PRI Consultants, you’ll be our clients' first point of contact, greeting them and providing guidance for their visit. From notifying employees of guests to providing directions to a specific part of the office, our Receptionist will be willing to work with visitors to address their needs.Additionally, you’ll be responsible for performing clerical tasks that support the office’s daily operations. From answering phone calls, distributing mail, and scheduling meetings, you’ll have a hand in all parts of the business.Receptionist ResponsibilitiesPolitely greet clients and visitors, offering your assistance in a professional mannerNotify employees of visitor arrivalsAnswer, forward, and screen phone calls and general email inquiries for multiple locationsAssist with office administration/co-ordination of other office locations as neededAssist with various daily operations, including making copies, scheduling meetings, etc.Sort and distribute daily mail and coordinate package deliveriesPrepare meeting and training rooms as neededMaintain a neat, clean, and safe common area(s)Restock and track inventory for the internal storeAssist with data entry and document formatting in Microsoft OfficeMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including regular tidying and restockingKeep common areas clean, tidy, and presentable throughout the dayWater and care for office plantsAssist HR with planning and coordinating group events as neededSupport the team with other administrative tasks as they come upReceptionist Requirement[1+] years of experience working in a similar role preferred but not requiredPrior reception or administrative experience is preferred but not requiredComfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly preferredProfessional phone manner and strong communication skillsPresents professionally and takes pride in representing the company wellWarm, welcoming manner with clients and colleaguesProfessional demeanor in a client-facing environmentOrganized, dependable, and able to manage a busy front deskTakes initiative and is comfortable with a varied, hands-on roleVersatile, open-minded, and eager to learn and grow in the roleWorks well independently and as part of a teamWorking ConditionsThis is an in-office role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
